With over 15 years of experience in this office, Missy has served as Office Manager and been an essential part of our team since I became an agent in December of 2019. Originally from Ashdown, AR, Missy and her family now call New Boston home. Missy’s dedication to providing exceptional customer service is unmatched and she consistently goes above and beyond for our customers. Lydia has excelled as a valued member of our team since joining us in September of 2022. Lydia is a Texarkana local and graduated from Texas High School in 2014. Since then, she has traveled and lived all over and received her bachelor’s degree from Lamar University in 2021. Lydia always puts her customer’s needs first and is licensed to assist with all your insurance needs including car, home, life, renters, boat, camper, health, and business insurance as well as banking products. When she’s not hard at work, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Lydia’s goal is to one day become an agent herself and we look forward to seeing all the great things she will accomplish in her career!

Courtney joined our team in May of 2023 and has been a top asset for our office and our customers ever since. Courtney is from Hooks, TX where she attended high school and achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA. She then continued her academic journey at the University of Arkansas. Courtney excels in customer satisfaction and can help with all of your insurance needs including home, auto, life, health, business, and banking products. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Millie. Abraham joined our team in December of 2023 as our first bilingual team member. Originally from Coroneo, Guanajuato, Mexico, Abraham and his family relocated to Hooks, TX in 2012, where they have remained ever since. Abraham graduated from Hooks High School in 2020 where he was a member of the National Honors Society and Mu Alpha Theta Honor Society. Abraham is always happy to lend a helping hand and is licensed to assist with all your insurance needs including auto, home, life, renters, boat, camper, health, and business insurance as well as banking products. In his spare time, Abraham enjoys hanging out with family and friends as well as the occasional trip home to Mexico. You won't be disappointed for giving Abraham a shot at your business!

Wreann joined our team in March of 2024 as a receptionist and will always greet you with a smile upon a visit to our agency. She is originally from Simms, TX and is a proud graduate of James Bowie High School. Wreann has become a vital asset to our team as she works towards obtaining her insurance licenses. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with friends and family, especially her son Miller. She is also actively involved in her church community. Wreann's warm personality and dedication to helping others make her a valued member of our team.
